Hosting a socially distanced crowd of approximately 70 people, this all-action live event was another crowd pleasing success. All six matches showcased incredible athletics, impressive moves and just the right kind of tension to keep the crowd enthralled.

Buckshot Bobbie Brake vs Rugged Rich King

The first match of the night saw a cocky young Buckshot Bobbie Brake, still full of Gen Z arrogance, take on Rugged Rich King (otherwise known as the Snack from Fort Mac) and his muscular thighs and short shorts - still fuming after his heavy weight loss from last month. In a match that can best be described as Mixed Martial Arts meets Ballroom Dancing, the two wrestlers tumbled and twirled in almost perfect step accompanied by the sound of bodies smacking the mat. Expertly performing a full backwards head lock and a full nelson into a suplex, Rich King successfully pinned Brake and showed the young millennial that he still has a great deal to learn.

Rematch between Dad Bod Rick Jules and Propayne

You may remember from the MPW event "The Awakening" that Dad Bod Rick Jules used his natural dad strength to best the Black Leather wearing Propayne. This led to a fracas during the tag team match that saw Propayne be ejected from the event by MPW official and founder Massive Damage. With a freshly shaved face, Propayne took on a Cheeto's Shirt wearing Rick Jules while his Dad Bod squad partner in a jaunty Hawaiian shirt hung out outside of the ring. Just before the fight started the announcers stunned the audience by announcing that Massive Damage himself would be officiating this match.

As soon as the match started, the angry repartee between Propayne and Massive Damage made it seem that the real fight was really between those two; but Dad Bod Rick Jules got his Cheeto-loving body into the action and it seemed sure he would win again. That was until he was knocked to the mat and his partner got into the ring, leading to the best part of the fight when the Dad Bod squad partner got into the ring and was quickly flipped upside down on the corner post with his ample dad belly exposed to the entire crowd. While indisposed and unable to help, Propayne positioned himself on the outside edge of the ring where an exhausted Rick Jules attempted a comeback, only to be KO'd by a sudden and surprising blow to the head by a metal chair that Propayne somehow produced from under the ring. Boos were heard throughout the arena, but Propayne walked away victorious!

Blake Kannon vs. MK Singh (but wait, there's more!)

These two wrestlers faced off last month in the tag team match that ended in a dusty finish with Team Savage rushing the stage and destroying the two tag team contenders. Facing each other again, this match was destined to have some sparks; but, before the match could even start, wrestling Commissioner The Sicilian Assassin entered the ring and announced that these young wrestlers were not going to have it easy, and welcomed a third contender, Red Beard, to up the ante. Sporting a long reddish beard, hence the name, this leather pants wearing newcomer was ready to take his place as contender.

At one point, Red Beard managed to evade both Singh and Kannon by hopping onto the top rope and delicately tightrope walked away from the corner. It even seemed that a mutual dislike for Blake Kannon would lead to MK Singh and Red Beard mutually pinning and removing Kannon quickly from the act, but this back fired when a stunned Kannon left the ring, leaving Singh and Red Beard to fight it out. Kannon quickly recovered and used the fight between Singh and Red Beard to take advantage and come out victorious, triggering a chorus of loud boos from the audience.

Chris Perish vs. Lumberjack Larry Woods

Seasoned wrestlers Chris Perish and Lumberjack Larry Woods faced off again after their defeat in the Provincial Champion match at the hands of TY Jackson. Wearing their traditional outfits, Perish a tight pair of wrestling pants with several large Fleur De Lis, including a curious one placed at midsection level and Woods wearing his usual plaid short shorts, vest and lumberjack hat. These two friends danced, swung, and flung each other around the ring until Larry was able to perform his signature "Log Sawing" move on Perish, flipping him over and pinning him for the win.

This match was expertly fought, with the two wrestlers fighting tooth and nail to take the other down. The competition so intense it seemed that these two would leave carrying heavy grudges, so it was with incredible relief and loud cheers when the two embraced in a brotherly hug reminding everyone that fighting a good match isn't personal.

T.Y. Jackson vs. The Sultan

T.Y. Jackson let out a victorious roar when he bested Chris Perish and Lumberjack Larry Woods last month at "The Awakening" and with this energy he swaggered into the ring with his new piece of jewelry to face the hilarious unibrowed tumbler, The Sultan. At the start of the match The Sultan stated, "T.Y. Jackson is a great wrestler, but he is a peasant, and I am going to break his neck." Early on in the match, the Sultan had T.Y. Jackson on the rings, expertly clothes-lining and pinning him, but T.Y. Jackson fought back with a kick to the face which could be heard a mile away. The Sultan cursed being kicked by 'the peasant" and administered a choke hold and body slam proclaiming "Now that is what I call Thunder Thighs!" His backwards flip and dive off of the top rope seemed to seal T.Y. Jackson's fate, but the champion used his size and brawn to his advantage, ejecting The Sultan from the ring and continuing the fight ringside. The fighting returned to the ring and T.Y. Jackson returned the flying blackwards dive and pinned the Sultan, coming out a champion once again.

Last Card - The Heavyweight Title Match - Magnificent Mitch vs. Dangerous Danny

The final match of the night was between the continued Heavy Weight Champion neon tasseled Magnificent Mitch Clarke and an ambitious flame shorts wearing Dangerous Danny. Sauntering out from backstage with his 90s sunglasses and an err of superiority, Mitch quickly declared that the heckling crowds were merely "troglodytes" and showed no bother at facing the young fighter. At the start of the match Danny began to dance around the ring with a slow motion Mitch hamming it up opposite, attempting to break down Danny's confidence. The cat and mouse game quickly ends when Mitch lands a heavy ear ringing slap down on Danny and the two lock into each other. Danny begins to reign down blows on Mitch, taking him down to the mat and breaking through Mitch's playful exterior, eliciting a pained cry of "This wasn't in the brochure!"

After breaking Danny's grip, Mitch attempts a pin but only gets two counts in. Believing the ref to have purposely slowed his count, Mitch threw his hands in the air in exasperation and exited the ring, arrogantly walking behind the curtain only to be quickly dropped by a pursuing Dangerous Danny. Danny then proceeded to pull Mitch by the legs along the linoleum floor emitting a sound so high pitched it makes everyone in the crowd flinch. Mitch quickly recovers, throws Danny up against the chain link fence and delivers a series of painful blows while pressing Danny's face into the chains.

The fighting quickly returns to the ring, and in usual Mitch style, he pulls out an untraditional move, log rolling across the mat on top of Dangerous Danny, only to exact a chokehold that angers the crowd. Breaking the hold a few times, Mitch toyed with Danny until he finally choked him down to a complete black out. Security finally pulled Mitch off and an angry crowd yelled jeers and insults, as Mitch picked up his belt, threw on his usual smirk, and arrogantly strutted around the ring.

In response to this choke-out win, an angry Lumberjack Larry Woods rushed out on scene, grabbing the microphone from the announcer and issued a challenge, "You're next Mitch! You're about to get lost in the woods!" The hall rang out in cheers and the event ended with the sparking energy of anticipation.

What drama awaits at November's MPW match? Will the high flying Sultan finally gain victory? Will Larry Lumberjack Woods take down the smug neon Mitch? The fans can't wait to see.
